Annotation: Introduce technologies of surface machining and surface protection. Give an overview about modern instruments for surfaces control and properties measurement. Introduce questions of tribology and corrosion. Present methods of technical and optical thin films production and control. Present questions of modern forms of technical materials production and nanotechnologies. Excursion to the workshop employing modern methods of technical materials production or processing.
