Annotation: The aim is to summary the basic principles and methods of selected examination techniques of anterior and posterior segment by instruments and to familiarise with the modern methods and equipment with regard to the most common diseased.

Diagnostics of glaucoma, eye fundus diseases and cataract, anterior segment. Relevant equipment. Principles, operating, analysis of data and interpretation. Modern diagnostics methods and equipment (OCT, HRG, IOL-master, GDX).
