• Physical basics of theory of electrical circuits: basic terms and definitions, circuit components and their properties, linear, nonlinear and uncontrolled components, characteristics and parameters of two-pole components, linear two-pole components - ideal resistor, inductor and capacitor, voltage and current supplies, controlled linear one-port networks, nonlinear two-pole components, multi-port networks - three-pole components, four-pole components and two-terminal-pair networks (ideal transformer, ideal power converter, ideal gyrator, ideal impedance converter and inverter, ideal controlled supply of electrical energy, ideal amplifiers), connections of two-pole components, four-pole components and two-terminal-pair networks, equations describing the circuits, frequency characteristics, particular examples of two-pole components, four-pole components and two-terminal-pair networks

• Logic integrated electrical circuits: Boolean algebra and logic functions, logic operators and logic sets of blocks, combinational functions and corresponding electrical circuits, displaying, digital codes, arithmetical operations and corresponding electrical circuits, memory functions, functions of shifting and counting, flip-flop circuits for shifting and counting operations, memory and shift register, memories, comparing electrical circuits, summation units, counters, sequentional circuits, sequence switch, microprocessor structure, systems controlled by microprocessors, PC, analog-to-digital (AD) and digital-to-analog (AD) converters
• Electronic systems: transmitters, receivers, modulators, converters, demodulators, magnetron, converters of electrical physical quantities on non-electrical physical quantities and vice versa, processing of sound and image, image-pickup vacuum tubes, CCD, screens, detectors of electromagnetic radiation, optoelectronic image systems, etc.
