1. Importance and role of experiment in the science and technique, fields of use of experimental technique 2. Logic scheme of experimental work including its processing, strategy of measurement 3. Basics of metrology, organization of metrology in the Czech Republic, basic terms and definitions of metrology 4. Error of measurement and uncertainty of measurement: definition, classification of indefinitudes, appearance of systematic and stochastic uncertainties 5. Uncertainties of functions of more variables, law of dispersion of uncertainty, optimization of measurements 6. Statistics in processing of results of measurements 7. Linear regression analysis 8. Graphical methods for processing of results of measurements 9. Gauges, measuring systems and measuring devices - their functions, properties and errors, basic information on electrical measurements of non-electrical quantities 10.
