Sampling and quantization of signals, overlapping of spectra. Stochastic processes and random signals. Noise signals. Modulation of signals - analogue, impulse, digital. Fundamental terms of information theory. Information quantity, information entropy. Transmission of information by discrete and continuous channel. Coding and compression of information.
